When a thought becomes an idea in event planning, the story you create is like an amusement ride of thrills and unexpected turns. It can be scary and exciting at the same time!
Starting with a Hotel & Food Management certification (HEB ISD Vocational Center, c. 1992), I gained the skills needed to operate and conduct different operations of running a business. Continuing my training, I received a Travel Agency certification (American Airlines Travel Academy, c. 1998) and acquired experience working with couples and other clients planning their perfect honeymoon or vacations. Through the years my passion for planning weddings, parties, and other such events has grown. I continue to enhance my knowledge and round out my skills by attending conferences and attending courses.
We have been responsible for dozens of kids' parties, anniversary celebrations, Christmas parties, office parties, reunions, and countless other celebrations. Because of our large, creative partner network, we are able to plan, prepare, and even willing to clean up afterward. We work with clients needing different services and have different budgets to work with.

"I'm a person who loves coffee, music, movies and thinks SCI-FI is brilliant...
"The actual event is the easy part!" Planning is the most stressful. Figuring out layouts, hotel room blocks, and menus, catering to each guest's needs.
You color-code, alphabetize, organize, and prepare until you can't anymore, and I LOVE IT!
Growing up was interesting with 5 Uncles and 2 Aunts on my Mother's side of the family coin and on the other side 5 Aunts and 2 Uncles on my Dad's side. The biggest amazement was when I lost count at 182 cousins! I became a wife and a mom to two children and grandmother to one. So, you could say I became involved with event planning by nature. While I was growing up in this very large family - I learned that when my family gets together it's a huge undertaking and a REALLY big party!
I am a constant study of my Industry and believe that I will never stop learning new ways and technics to do my job better.
This God-given passion for my family and community leads me into event planning as my Gift that HE has given me to organize beautiful events and help my clients.
