Full Service Wedding Planner

For when you don’t even know where to begin! The idea of organizing your perfect day simply stresses you out or maybe you just don’t have the time. I will help with everything from assembling your dream team of vendors to creating the perfect menu to making sure your decor is spot on. If you have vague ideas, a few solid must-haves, or no ideas at all, together we will create a vision for your dream day. I will even help with those tedious tasks - like addressing envelopes. You will also have full access to my decor supply ​to help create the perfect feel for your day.

  • Initial Zoom Vision Meeting

  • Unlimited hours of consultation attendance at meetings with clients and/or vendors.

  • Unlimited phone, email, and text communications.

  • Assistance with venue selection

  • Gathering of initial proposals and pricing from vendors.

  • Referrals for wedding vendors tailored to your dream wedding and budget.

  • Review of vendor contracts.

  • Assistance with ideas and suggestions to help you stay within your budget.

  • Creation of a detailed diagram & layout of the venue.

  • Detailed itinerary development sent to all involved on the wedding day.

  • Contact all vendors prior to the wedding day.

  • Assistance with setup of ceremony and reception sites including placement of favors, guest book, and other items you provide.

  • Day-of point-of-contact for all vendors to check-in and ask questions, leaving you and your family available to enjoy your day.

  • Cake cutting.

  • Distribute day of payments and gratuities to vendors and their staff.

  • Emergency box with items most often forgotten.

  • Packing up at the end of the night to ensure your decorations, gifts, etc. are returned to you.

  • Communicating with vendors and venue to ensure all rented items or items belonging to vendors are properly returned.

  • Attendance and coordination of wedding rehearsal (up to 2 hours).

  • Day-of services for ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours).

  • Minimum of one wedding assistant on the wedding day (up to 10 hours)

Wedding Designer & Stylist

A wedding stylist will not be involved in the pre-planning of a wedding in the same way a wedding planner would. A wedding stylist only needs to concern themselves with the visual side of the wedding and the prep and logistics associated with that part of it.

  • Initial Zoom Vision Meeting to review event plans, give advice, check logistics, and develop a full design itinerary for the day.

  • Two (2) Scheduled appointments with the Designer to make inventory selections.

  • Assistance with ideas and suggestions to help you stay within your budget.

  • Final venue walk-through and Mock Table setup for visual confirmation of all design elements.

  • Creation of a detailed diagram & layout of the venue.

  • Access to Exclusive In-House Decor.

  • Some Decor & Supplies are available for an additional cost.

AN INTIMATE / AT-HOME WEDDING IS FOR YOU IF...

Centerpiece Creation & Rentals

We provide vessels, flowers, treatments, and set them up. Save yourself the running around to craft stores searching for everything. Renting a centerpiece will cost less than buying and will ultimately save you time, resources, and reduce the frazzlement factor.

A wedding is a life event that is packed with family, friends, and lots of emotion. Use our services and maximize your relationship time and reduce wedding day stress.

Q&A

  • Is it cheaper to make my own centerpieces?

    • A centerpiece from your local florist could easily cost $200, and if you have 10 tables, that would be a total cost of $2,000! Alternatively, if you take the other route by making your own, you may save yourself a lot of money, but you may also be spending more time than you'd like arranging flowers.

  • What are the rules for a table centerpiece?

    • As a general guideline, we should keep tall pieces at 24” or higher and short pieces at 12” or under.

  • Do you need centerpieces on every table?

    • You don't have to put the exact same centerpiece on each table. You can alternate with cheaper centerpieces for some tables, but I wouldn't leave some tables totally bare without any centerpiece at all, because they will look naked in contrast to the others.

  • What is the first step in making your floral budget?

    • The first step in making your floral budget is to begin browsing real weddings to get inspiration. Pay attention to the images of flowers or decor that you're drawn to, and try to find patterns in what you like. Save your favorites so you can share them at your consultation later.

The MICRO Wedding

There is an overall trend towards minimalism and simplicity, and that goes for weddings too. Micro weddings afford a lot more flexibility, and they’re easier on the budget. The Court House alternative with so much more. We make it easy, and we keep it simple.

Wedding Day Management

You have a vision, you know exactly what you want your big day to look like and which vendors you want to work with, but you still can’t be everywhere at once on your big day. We will meet a couple of times before going over every detail big and small so that by the time the big day rolls around I can take over and you can sip mimosas.

  • Initial Zoom Vision Meeting to review plans, give advice, check logistics, and develop a full itinerary for the day.

  • Unlimited contact with the Coordinator phone and text.

  • References for wedding vendors tailored to your dream wedding and budget.

  • Assistance with ideas and suggestions to help you stay within your budget.

  • Review all completed vendor contracts

  • Final venue walk-through (if desired).

  • Creation of a detailed diagram & layout of the venue.

  • Detailed itinerary development sent to all involved on the wedding day.

  • Communication with vendors within 2 weeks of the wedding to confirm details and balance due

  • Assistance with setup of ceremony and reception sites including placement of favors, guest book, and other items you provide.

  • Day of point of contact for all vendors to check-in and ask questions, leaving you and your family available to enjoy your day.

Floral Designer

For when you don’t even know where to begin! The idea of creating the perfect display....simply stresses you out or maybe you just don’t have the time. We will help with arrange live, dried, and silk flowers and greenery to make decorative displays. We also help customers select flowers and containers, ribbons, and other accessories.

  • Initial Zoom Vision Meeting

  • Gathering of initial proposals and pricing.

  • Assistance with ideas and suggestions to help you stay within your budget.

  • Creation of a detailed diagram & layout of the display.

  • Delivery, Installation, Tear-down and Clean up,

  • Minimum of at least one assistant on the day of installation, additional assistants maybe needed depending on size of installation (up to 4 hours).

  • ​Access to decor supply.

Our philosophy is simple: We proudly welcome all couples; we believe love is love. And, that every couple should be allowed as much involvement in their wedding ceremony as they desire.

 

As an ordained non-denominational minister offering both religious and non-religious wedding ceremonies, renewals, and much more in the State of Texas. I am honored to be considered to preside over your ceremony.

 

Now, I do not require pre-marital counseling for a wedding, but I highly recommend it (Especially for the discount on the marriage license).

My packaged services include:

  • Driving time within 50 miles of our location.

  • In-person vows consultation (1 hour).

  • Creation of Ceremony (Up to 2 hours). 

    • Our Ceremonies Catalog allows you to choose the event's style and preferences, by selecting a ceremony you prefer or pick and choose the pieces of several you like so we can create a custom ceremony for you.  We can also write a ceremony entirely from scratch if you'd prefer.

  • A Legal Detailed Script includes:

    • Processional

    • Wedding Ceremony.

      • Declaration of Intent

      • Vows

      • Acknowledgment

      • Pronouncement

    • Recessional

  • Creation of Order of Service for the Program, if desired.

  • Completion of the Marriage License.

  • Ceremony Song Selection.

  • Information on obtaining the license.

  • We can present ideas for special touches:

    • including children,

    • honoring loved ones,

    • unity candles,

    • and much more.

*Please Note: None of our officiants are priests with the Catholic Church and therefore we can not provide Nuptial Mass.
